Lensman319 : I'will have to see for myself.
Thonggirrl14 : Think a baby reads zadie smith ??
Lensman319 : Dunno. Babies pretend to read
Thonggirrl14 : and you know this ? you study babies ??
Lensman319 : Only one i study is you
Thonggirrl14 : :)~~ whatcha doing now ?
Lensman319 : besides fantasizing over you ?
Thonggirrl14 : you oughta film me with that videocam
then you wouldnt have to fantasize
Lensman319 : this is very doable
Thonggirrl14 : like -- KIDDING!
Lensman319 : Tease.
Thonggirrl14 : okay, let's do it
hook up i mean
Lensman319 : for real ? where ?
Thonggirrl14 : my big sister could drop me at Nighthawks
give me an hour to shower
Lensman319 : i'll picture it
Thonggirrl14 : 11 am ?
Lensman319 : done. go shower. now
Thonggirrl14 : get a little bossy when you're hot, do ya ?
Lensman319 : pleeeease
Thonggirrl14 : that's better. see ya soon ! xxxxoooo

Cut to Nighthawks cafe,
Hayley a.k.a. Thonggirrl14 (Ellen Page) , a 14 year old teenager enjoying her delicious chocolate cake like there's no tomorrow and keeping her company is Jeff a.k.a. Lensman319 (Patrick Wilson), a 30's something attractive looking guy.
And so begins Hard Candy.

Sitting across table the two flirt with each other and eventually end up in Jeff's apartment.
And thats where I shut up, the rest I will leave it to your imagination and for you to see the movie.
( Believe me you won't even come close ).

Hard Candy is a psychological thriller involving only the two characters inside the apartment for most of its playtime. Its just the two people having a conversation, but it keeps you hooked up till the end thanks to the actors playing the characters and events that take place, its something you cant imagine even in your wildest of dreams. Ellen Page as the 14 year old girl is simply superb, she steals the show completely, you wont ever forget her face (I can bet you on that). Patrick Wilson does complete justice to his character.

Hard Candy keeps you at the edge of your seat for sure, but along the way, its going to make u feel uncomfortable and sick. Its not for faint hearted. Its gonna leave you disturbed when over.
